CED Clinic

We're here to gain experience and to encourage economic growth.

The Community Economic Development (CED) Clinic through Creighton University School of Law provides vital experience for our third-year law students—and free legal assistance for micro-enterprise entrepreneurs and nonprofit groups who cannot afford or access legal services. A licensed Nebraska attorney supervises students.

The clinic focuses on:

  • Nonprofit organizations
  • Micro-enterprise business formation
  • Community asset protection
