A Beloved Professor Retires

G. Michael Fenner, JD, Creighton’s first James L. Koley ’54 Endowed Professor of Constitutional Law (bestowed upon him in 2001), taught his last class on April 26, 2019. On July 1, he officially assumed the title of professor emeritus.
