Adam Kuenning is an attorney practicing primarily with the Health and Transportation groups at Erickson | Sederstrom, P.C., L.L.O. Adam’s practice of health care law involves advising health care providers of all sizes on the unique issues and regulations relating to the ever-changing field of medicine and medical compliance. Within this practice, Adam regularly advises medical professionals in matters relating to corporate structure, compensation, licensure and mergers/acquisitions. Through Adam’s Transportation practice he assists aviation and trucking businesses in matters ranging from entity formation, initial state and federal qualification for commercial transport, and employment agreements to contract disputes and litigation.
Prior to transitioning to his position with Erickson | Sederstrom, Adam gained invaluable experience while working as an air traffic controller for the Federal Aviation Administration and as a communications supervisor for an industry-leading air medical transport company. Adam then worked with the United States Air Force in the field of Specialized Contracting where he administered contracts with a combined scope in excess of $720 million. During his time with the USAF, Adam was proud to support United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), the Joint Functional Component Command for Space (JFCC Space), and the 55th Air Wing by assisting high-ranking decision makers to acquire goods and services for the warfighter.
Adam provides his students with the unique, practical perspective of a person who has worked with administrative rules, state regulations and federal laws in the fields of health care, business, and transportation for more than fifteen years.
