Allen M. Tate is a self-employed military law and employment law consultant for clients throughout the country. During Tate’s time at Creighton, he was a member of the trial team that placed second in the Buffalo-Niagara trial competition and was awarded the David A. Svoboda Trial Advocacy Award.
After law school, he went on to become a Judge Advocate General (JAG) officer in the U.S. Air Force reserves. He was named Distinguished Honor Graduate from Commissioned Officer Training and was awarded the Excellence in Advocacy Award at the Judge Advocate Staff Officer Course in April 2013. He currently serves at Offutt AFB in support of their criminal litigation, legal assistance and adverse actions department.
