Amanda Carter is a transactional attorney at Cline Williams Wright Johnson & Oldfather, L.L.P. Her practice primarily consists of mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, and entity formation.
Mrs. Carter graduated with majors in Latin and Classical Studies from Creighton University in 2015 and from Creighton School of Law in 2018. During law school, she was the Constitutional Law tutor for Section A, Senior Lead Articles Editor of the Creighton Law Review, VP of Coaching of the Moot Court Board, and President of the Federalist Society.
