David Flint will join Creighton Law School for the Spring 2020 semester, teaching European Union Law and EU & US Privacy Law. He specializes in all aspects of non-contentious intellectual property, with particular emphasis on computer-related contracts and issues. He advises on all types of commercial contract, particularly those with an international flavor or requiring cross-disciplinary expertise.
He is a recognized authority on Competition Law and also advises on all aspects of EU law. He is the author of the European Competition Law section of the Stair Encyclopedia.
David is also a licensed insolvency practitioner and authored MacRoberts’ Scottish Liquidation Handbook as well as other texts on insolvency.
He is Chair of the American Bar Association Committee on Intellectual Property law, and writes and lectures in the UK, the US and internationally on his areas of expertise.
