Mr. Batenhorst graduated magna cum laude from Creighton University in 1973 and was the recipient of the Spirit of Creighton Award. While earning his law degree from New York University, Mr. Batenhorst was a Staff Member and Associate Editor of N.Y.U. Review of Law and Social Change. He is currently a partner with the Omaha office of the law firm of Cline Williams Wright Johnson & Oldfather, L.L.P., where he is a member of the firm’s Franchise and Distribution Practice Group. He also practices in the areas of real estate and mergers and acquisitions. From 1983 to 2001 he was in house counsel for Godfather’s Pizza, Inc. of Omaha.
