Thomas C. Riley has served as a public defender since he graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 1975; first as a deputy and then as a Chief Deputy Public Defender before his election to the head position in 1996. In 2000, Mr. Riley was the recipient of the Creighton University School of Law Alumni Merit Award.
